ORDERING

We will be pleased to service your orders efficiently.

Orders can be sent by post, by phone, by Fax or by calling into our showroom, - we are open every day between 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 except Wednesdays mornings and Saturdays afternoon.

We also accept orders by E-mail at sales@theclockstudio.com. Please do not include credit card detail with emails. For further details go to the "How to Purchase" section in this Site.

PART DELIVERY

In case of export orders, all items available from stock are dispatched at the time of handling your orders. Items that are not available from stock will be dispatched as soon as they are available. Please indicate in your order that "part delivery" is allowed.

In case of orders from the local market, all items available from stock can be collected by arrangement. Fairly heavy clocks may be delivered by agreement. We deliver grandfather clocks destined for the Maltese Market by appointment. Grandfather clocks are set on location.

PRICES

All prices quoted, unless otherwise requested, will be in Maltese Liri. Goods for local delivery will be subject to VAT at the rate of 15%. Goods destined for export are VAT exempted.

POSTAGE, SHIPPING, AIRFREIGHT, PACKING & INSURANCE

All related charges are for the customer's account and will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT

All orders for export will be executed against pre-payment. Goods cannot be dispatched unless full payment is received.

Orders from the local Market are accepted against a 50% payment on account and the balance made upon collection/delivery. Other special arrangements can be made at The Clock Studio's discretion and according to policy structures applicable from time to time.

CASH WITH ORDER

Please send a cheque made payable to The Clock Studio with the ORDER CONFIRMATION

CREDIT CARD

Orders accepted major credit cards. At the time of ordering please quote in full the card number, expiry date, cardholder's name & full address and sign the order. An order confirmation will be sent to you, which you will be required to complete with the relevant details and signature. Do NOT send details of your Credit Card by E-mail. This information is to be sent either in writing (on our copy of the ORDER CONFIRMATION) by post or by Fax.

SPECIFICATIONS

Any descriptions, sizes, dimensions, weights, capacities etc. are given in good faith for guidance only and are not guaranteed as absolutely correct. Therefore, if necessary, we reserve the right to withdraw, change or substitute items without prior notice.

CLAIMS

If a package is received damaged, or there are shortages, the packing and outer wrapping must be retained, and the carrier, or Post Office as well as us, must be informed within three days.

ERRORS

Should an error occur, please contact us immediately providing full details, including your order date, the invoice number and any other relevant details.
